In addition to his concert schedule, Daniel Halfon officiates on Shabbatot and Festivals at various synagogues in the Jerusalem area. On special occasions he is accompanied by the Kolot HaEsnoga vocal ensemble.
 
 
Recordings
Released in September of 2007 was Kamti Lehallel , a set of two compact discs co-produced by the Jewish  Historical Museum of  Amsterdam and Beth Hatefutsoth  - The Museum of the Jewish Diaspora, Tel Aviv .
 
These recordings present concert versions of 50 pieces from the repertoires of the Spanish & Portuguese communities of Amsterdam, London and  New York
 
The first CD includes selections from the Shabbat and Rosh Hashanah liturgy. The second disc features pieces from Yom Kippur and the Shalosh Regalim .
 
The pieces, arranged by Raymond Goldstein , are accompanied by male chorus and chamber orchestra conducted by Azi Schwartz.
